The Board of Directors of SAS has prepared a prospectus regarding the rights issue and the listing of the new shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and Oslo Børs, which has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
A Swedish or English version of the prospectus, and/or an information brochure in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian, respectively, is also available.
